'We' refers to Burrito Boys Ltd or any subsidiary thereunder Burrito Boys Ltd or any outlet trading under official Burrito Boys trademarks and permitted company name or logo use.

'Premises' refers to any land or area rented or owned by Burrito Boys Ltd or any subsidiary thereunder Burrito Boys Ltd or any outlet trading under official Burrito Boys trademarks and permitted company name or logo use.

'Customer' refers a patron to one of our establishments or an online purchaser of one or more items from our online and physical menus whether delivered or collected.

We offer food to be ordered and taken away or eaten on the premises where applicable under an assumption that We and the customer have a mutually binding contract where food is exchanged for money at agreed amounts. We reserve the right to change our menu and prices at any time.

Percentage discounts are regularly offered and are also revisable at any time. Offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one discount at any time can be used.

Menu prices between delivery companies (JustEat, Deliveroo & UberEats) may differ.

While we work closely with the delivery companies and try to maintain standards while the food is in transit, we can not guarantee that the food will arrive in the state it was meant to be. This is not our intention and we strive to make ourselves heard.

Refunds are possible when a breakdown of commitment is at fault and we will listen every complaint on a case by case basis. We are understanding and will try to find a resolution to every problem. Where our obligation to the customer has clearly not been met within reasonable terms then we will issue a full refund or exchange.
